Registration on the Platform
On our platform, you register as a Chronicle (Descendant) Registrant, who will later create and manage memorial pages for deceased individuals.
Anyone can register who wants to preserve the memory of their ancestors or loved ones in one digital space.
What can be preserved on a memorial page?
- Photos
- Videos
- Written stories and memories
- Voice recordings that can be played directly on the page
These memories can be viewed, explored, and revisited by anyone who searches for the deceased or scans the QR code placed on the grave.
Registration Guide
Registration
Register by providing your phone number, first and last name, and password. Once completed, your account is ready.
Creating a Memorial Page
The registrant can create a separate page for each deceased individual. Each person has their own unique memorial page and QR code.
On the page, you can add the full name, origin, place of residence, and a short biography.
You can also upload photos, videos, voice recordings, and written memories from your gallery or device.
QR Code Generation
The website automatically generates a unique QR code for each memorial page, which takes users directly to that page.
The QR code can be placed anywhere on the grave. The recommended location is on the side of the headstone.
- Suggested size: approximately 15 cm × 15 cm
- Laminating is recommended for durability
Collecting Memories
After the memorial page is created, the most important part begins — collecting and preserving memories.
Content can be added by you, family members, friends, or anyone who scans the QR code at the grave.
How Digital Memories Are Added
Photos, videos, voice recordings, and written stories can always be uploaded by the registrant — the owner of the memorial page.
Other people, such as relatives, friends, or even cemetery visitors who scan the QR code, can also submit content connected to the deceased.
However, submitted content is first sent to the registrant as an upload request. It appears on the memorial page only after approval.
How to Scan the QR Code
QR integration makes it possible to access a memorial page quickly and easily, without searching.
- Open your phone camera
- Point it at the QR code
- A link will appear on the screen
- Tap the link to open the memorial page
Once there, you can view the virtual album, remember the deceased through shared memories, or upload your own material.
Uploads are not published immediately. They are sent as requests and become visible only after the registrant approves them.
The Importance of Voice Recordings
You can record a personal story, a memory, a toast, a message, or simply express your emotions.
Voice recordings preserve love, remembrance, and emotional connection in a deeply personal way for future generations.
